4. Build the preparation phases

As part of an eco-innovation approach, you will be asked to rework the concepts and prepare your future intervention at the end of each session.

To guide you through these intersessional phases, the MIRAS method describes a set of four recommendations for animation teams:

  • formalize ideas using a legend specific to the maturation space ;

  • identify the areas of maturation explored by the work group ;

  • be reflective and better understand the behaviour and limits of the working group;

  • prepare the next stage of the eco-innovation process by identifying a series of challenges and defining the resources to be mobilized (tools, stakeholders, etc.).
