3. Creative workshop 2: Explore the stakeholder network
The aim of the second exploration is to create breaks in the project group's current representations of its network of stakeholders. This time, you'll have to find new ways of managing the pre-identified tensions by revisiting the stakeholders and their interactions. In this way, you'll create new alternatives to build the business model of your concept.
This stage begins with the definition of a typology of stakeholders to be considered. The facilitator, in collaboration with the members of the project group, then chooses to use a predefined typology of four or ten stakeholder categories, or to create his or her own typology. Once the typology has been determined, the game consists in identifying new dynamics through the free use of four operators: Add, Delete, Modify and Zoom.
