One of the best ways to act is to be warned. And to be informed, you need to know. To know, you have to test and compare your opinions with those of others.

The best way to do this is to rely on those around you, i.e. the people with whom you interact, including your sponsor. These feedback requests can take several forms.

  • Systematic feedback organized by the intrapreneur: for example, during a steering committee meeting, the intrapreneur can take the pulse of the participants before the meeting by meeting them (or contacting them) at short notice and asking them very open-ended questions such as "What points need clarifying? The answer to this type of open-ended question will enable the intrapreneur to understand the "state", including the emotional state, of the person he or she is talking to. The same exercise...
