The posture of the intrapreneur

To carry out his mission successfully, the intrapreneur will need to adopt a posture adapted to each situation. He will need to consider several factors, the main ones being the maturity of his sponsor in the field of exploration (experienced, exploring, or with no experience other than exploitation), the maturity of his exploration and his own maturity in the exercise.

Each situation will require an adapted posture, so as not to create chaos in the organization funding it, which will also have to learn to manage this ambidexterity between exploitation and exploration. In this context, the important thing for the intrapreneur is to act with full awareness of these situations, and to set up rituals that enable him or her to appreciate the situations and manage them in the best possible way.
