The intrapreneur operates in a very different context from the rest of the company. His mission to explore new territories is bound to create tensions with the rest of the organization, whose aim is to exploit existing assets. Their mission requires a high level of involvement and commitment.
It's not up to the intrapreneur to be ambidextrous; it's up to the organization to learn to be ambidextrous. On the other hand, they must be fully aware of this stylistic opposition. In his posture, he must embody exploration without creating adverse feelings such as :
