12. How do I apply for a CCP?

Any person may consult the INPI's RNB for the documents in a SPC application file from the day of publication of the SPC application, which generally takes place within 6 to 8 weeks of the filing of the SPC application. Access is free of charge via the site de l’INPI patent database.

Please note

Not accessible in the CCP application file:

  • third-party comments, if any (since they are not admissible for a CCP application) or ;

  • documents containing personal data or business secrets (e.g. the name and address of the manufacturer, or the quantitative composition of excipients on the marketing authorization).
