4. What are the conditions for issuing a CCP?
L’article 3 des règlements (CE) n° 469/2009 pour les médicaments and n° 1610/96 pour les produits phytopharmaceutiques set out the same conditions for obtaining a CCP, namely :
a) the product must be protected by a valid basic patent;
b) the product, as a medicine (or plant protection product), must have obtained a valid marketing authorization;
c) the product must not have already been the subject of a certificate, and ;
d) the CCP must be issued...
