7. How long does it take to file a CCP?
The deadline for filing a CCP is 6 months from :
the date on which the first marketing authorization with effect in France was obtained (if granted after the patent was issued) or ;
the date of issue of the patent (if the MA with effect in France is granted before a patent is issued) ( article 7 des règlements (CE) n° 469/2009 and n° 1610/96 ).
