3. A lasting relationship

Once you've lifted the final reservations and signed the final delivery notes, it's important to maintain regular contact with the consultants you want to work with again. In addition to extending your network of trusted suppliers, the collaborative experience creates a shared memory (organizational, contextual, sectoral...) that will promote the efficiency of the next assignment or enable you to extend the domain/level of collaboration (partnership, co-creation, open innovation ).

To build a long-term relationship with your consultant, you'll need to remember to :

  • Draw up an overall assessment of the intervention (tops/flops, areas for improvement, etc.), compiling your observations relating to the before/during phase and including in the analysis an evaluation of the intervention's impact after a few weeks (level...
