4. Our advice

  • Your staff's commitment and availability are key success factors, which are played out upstream and at the launch of the intervention, and are dealt with mainly through appropriate internal communication.

  • Place inordinate importance on the quality of the human and relational alliance with your consultant! This must be assessed before the final choice is made, then nurtured and developed during and after the intervention.

  • Don't forget that the quality of the definition of your objectives and your ability to control them are key factors in the quality of the results you'll achieve.
