The world of satellites, one of the most complex and competitive in the world, seems to be at a turning point in its history. Operators, whether traditional companies or players disguised under flags of convenience, have built their success on GEO technology, and are now seeing their sales fall slightly or stagnate. New players are appearing with scrolling satellite constellations designed to meet the needs of the 60% of the world's population who do not yet have access to broadband Internet.

The field of satellites seems to be facing major changes aimed at making mobile communication and connectivity available anywhere without network congestion, thanks to a triple "fixed-mobile-satellite" collaboration.
