Prefectoral decree

Administrative act concerning an enforceable decision of general or individual scope issued by the prefect, imposing the execution of a certain number of prescriptions.

Operator

Individual or legal entity holding (or applying for) an operating permit. A person submitting an application for an environmental permit is also commonly referred to as a petitioner.

Specifications

Provisions imposed by the Administration (prefectoral or other), which may concern technical issues, deadlines to be met, obligations to do or not to do, etc.
