9. Our advice

9.1 Be exhaustive when listing your classified activities

In addition to activities subject to authorization and those subject to registration or declaration (with the corresponding headings), please specify any other activities you operate, whether listed in the ICPE nomenclature (but not meeting the classification thresholds) or not.

This precaution has the following advantages:

  • to have informed the prefect of these activities, so as to be able to benefit, where applicable, from the prior status in the event of either the classification thresholds being lowered or these activities being classified;

  • know the margin available between the operating level and the classification...
