6.1 Definition and purpose
Article 4,1,d of the regulation requires the drafting of an environmental statement defined by article 2,18 as "all the information provided to the public and other interested parties, concerning :
"the structure and activities of an organization;
"its environmental policy and management system;

"its environmental program and its general and specific environmental objectives;
