5. What hazards does the equipment potentially used on a site present?

The operation of a company requires the use of a variety of machines, equipment and other devices to transform, manufacture, modify, convert... raw materials into marketable finished products, and also requires ancillary equipment (boilers, dust collectors, etc.).

The use of these different types of equipment, associated with different products, can result in the emergence of certain risks not otherwise present. Indeed, the risks encountered when using equipment are :

  • fire due to malfunction, short circuit, etc. ;

  • explosion due to a combination of conditions conducive to the emergence of this risk (containment of flammable gases and a source of ignition, etc.);

  • water or soil pollution due to spillage of products contained in the equipment (e.g. hydraulic...
