1. General framework for the procedures associated with each plan

1.1 Non-classification regime NC

All the plant's activities fall below the classification thresholds set out in the nomenclature. The plant is not an ICPE, and is not subject to any regulations relating to classified installations. It falls under the jurisdiction of the mayor and must comply with :

• general regulations (waste, water, noise) and local regulations (town planning regulations);

• municipal by-laws of the municipality where the installation is located;

• departmental health regulations.
