1. What are the benefits of ISO 9001 certification?
ISO 9001 certification is growing worldwide (+10% in number of certificates and +6% in number of sites for 2020 and 2021). In Europe, which accounts for around 40% of certified companies worldwide, it would be more accurate to speak of stability.
France, with just over 20,000 active ISO 9001 certificates in 2021, is in 9th place behind China (426,500), Italy (92,500), Germany (50,000), Japan (40,500), the UK (40,000), India (36,500), Spain (31,000) and the USA (25,500).
