7. Our advice

7.1 Submit your building permit application and your declaration file at the same time

Submitting the building permit application and the declaration file at the same time will prevent your building permit from being blocked by the town hall on the grounds that you have not provided proof that you have submitted the classified installation declaration to the prefecture. This document (PC 25) is listed in the "bordereau de dépôt des pièces jointes à une demande de permis de construire". The declaration and building permit procedures, which were previously independent, are now legally linked.
