9. Mistakes to avoid

9.1 Do not request the return of the waste tracking slip (BSD) completed and signed by the disposal service provider.

In this case, the company is always liable if the waste is not disposed of correctly. Example: unauthorized discharge of hazardous waste into the environment by the collector, instead of being disposed of by a suitable treatment and incineration center.

It is therefore necessary to regularly contact the company that took charge of your waste in order to recover the duly completed BSDs by telephone, e-mail or any other appropriate means.
