2. Set up a waste register

Once this inventory has been completed, a waste register must be kept up to date. Operators of establishments producing or shipping waste, collectors, transporters, traders and operators of waste transit, consolidation or treatment facilities must keep an up-to-date chronological register of the production, shipment, reception and treatment of their waste. In the case of waste producers, this register must be kept for five years and made available to the inspection department for classified installations.
