In terms of substances, the "harmonized" and "proposed" classifications in the REACH registration dossier differ. You must compare the two to determine the regulatory classification of your substance.

Your substance is listed in Annex VI of the CLP Regulation and therefore has a harmonized classification. It has also been registered, and its registration dossier indicates a classification that differs from the harmonized one.
