Wettability
This term refers to the degree to which a liquid spreads over a solid. Total wettability occurs when the liquid spreads completely, and partial wettability occurs when the liquid forms a drop on the solid.
Release
This technique involves separating a substance in solution from its solvent by introducing another, more soluble substance that takes its place.
