9. Waste management
The user, not the supplier, is responsible for their waste. Oil is destroyed via approved channels and tracked using a BSDI (industrial waste tracking form). Regional or national organizations (e.g., Chimirec) are accredited to treat this waste. It should be noted that only whole oils (not soluble oils) fall within the scope of the regulations on used oils.
