INTRODUCTION
An energy system failure is any malfunction or underperformance of an energy system or equipment resulting in overconsumption, reduced efficiency or increased greenhouse gas emissions. In some cases, these failures can lead to the shutdown of the plant for refurbishment.
Identifying weak points, quantifying energy losses and proposing targeted corrective measures to optimize energy consumption, reduce the environmental footprint and improve equipment reliability... these are the main steps in the diagnostic process!
Proposing corrective and preventive maintenance measures is the final step in the process.
This sheet describes the various phases involved in fault resolution.
