7. Mistakes to avoid
7.1 Don't put all your eggs in one basket
In other words, don't outsource all activities that have little or no added value for your company. Your internal organization must be such that, in the event of contract termination, tasks can be gradually taken over without affecting the quality of working life. In any case, outsourcing an activity does not mean offloading it.
