3. What subcontracting contracts need to be drawn up?

Once again, the type of contract to be drawn up depends on the scope of the services to be outsourced. In other words, there will be as many contracts as there are choices. In this guide, we propose two models designed to meet the standards and requirements of the energy transition. These are the energy performance contract and, more specifically, the operation-maintenance contract.

3.1 Energy performance contract (CPE)

We need to promote employee comfort and efficiency, without generating excessive energy consumption. The CPE is one way of meeting this challenge.
