10. Glossary

Bbio

Bbio, or bioclimatic energy requirement, is one of the three requirements of RT2012. This coefficient represents the energy efficiency of your project's building. The Bbio Project must be lower than the Bbio max defined by RT2012. The value of the Bbio Project is equal to 2 x the heating requirement + cooling requirement) + 5 x the lighting requirements.

CEP

The Cep is a factor used to convert final energy consumption into primary energy. Final energy is the energy that consumers use directly, such as electricity, gas, etc. Primary energy represents the energy required at source to produce this final energy.
