4. Launch and monitor the work

Once the scope of work has been established, the quotes requested in advance must be sorted. We recommend hiring a project manager when several trades are involved in the various stages of the work. Otherwise, this responsibility should be entrusted to a supervisor who will be responsible for scheduling the various tasks. A pre-construction meeting will allow the work to begin in chronological order. As needed, the project manager or supervisor will check the progress of the work. They may request new quotes before approving additional tasks. They are in charge of the site until the work is completed.
