2. Inspection of new installations

2.1 Design conformity

This control is carried out through Spanc's verification of the application file for the installation of a non-collective sanitation system, which must be submitted to the mayor by the owner wishing to carry out such work.

• For Spanc to be able to give a detailed opinion, this authorization request must provide the following information and documents:

  • general information identifying the applicant :

    • date of request,

    • number and date of the planning certificate,

    • number and date of building permit application (except in the case of rehabilitation),
