8. Terms and conditions of control in the service regulations

Article 8 of the decree of September 7, 2009, relating to the terms and conditions for carrying out inspections of non-collective sanitation installations, stipulates that the municipality must set out the terms and conditions for carrying out its inspection mission in its service regulations, in particular:

• inspection intervals ;

• the procedures for informing the building owner or, where applicable, the building occupant;

• documents required for the inspection ;

• the amount of the inspection fee and how it will be collected.
