5. Maintenance and oil change control

In cases where the commune has not decided to take charge of the maintenance of non-collective sanitation installations, the inspection mission includes :

• Verification of periodic emptying, on the basis of emptying material monitoring slips;

• periodic verification of grease trap maintenance, where applicable (article 10 of the decree of September 7, 2009 relating to the execution of the inspection mission for non-collective sanitation installations).
