3. Rule 2: Transparency and communication

In order to control the purchasing process [FIC 0452] , and in compliance with ISO 9001, the organization must select its suppliers (at the very least, those who may have an impact on the quality of the final product).

A multi-criteria selection grid (commercial, financial, technical, organizational, quality, certification, etc.) is therefore required. Each criterion is assigned a score, enabling you to determine an overall "grade" and make a relevant, objective selection of the suppliers you have identified.
