5.1 Take a step back from the daily grind
The process review is not a problem-solving meeting; it is an opportunity for those involved in the process to take stock of how the process has operated and how effective it has been over a given period, in order to identify the need to improve practices and the means of controlling and improving the process.
In other words, the process review is not simply a quality meeting. Discussions should focus on the organization of the process and its success and risk control factors (methods, resources, skills, information, etc.).
