1.1 What is a quality policy? What does it contain?
Quality policy is one of the company's corporate policies. It defines the direction management wishes to take in terms of quality: the priorities for ensuring or improving the quality of products or services sold, and the efficiency of internal processes. It must be consistent with your company's overall strategy, as well as with the other policies deployed (development policy, purchasing policy, human resources policy, etc.).
