3. Organize communication around quality policy results

For the quality policy to be a tool for company progress, staff must feel involved and motivated around the quality orientations and results of the quality policy. Internal communication is an essential factor in staff motivation. It gives everyone a sense of direction and a shared vision of their work over the medium to long term. It is above all a two-way communication.

3.1 Top-down communication of results

You organize the communication of the results of the quality policy through :
