1. Mastering reception

Welcoming a new employee is the responsibility of the direct manager (tutor). First of all, he or she must prepare the existing team to welcome the newcomer, and provide them with all the information they need to make the right investment. He or she must also closely monitor the various phases of the integration process, to ensure that the new recruit meets the needs of the position.
