4. Define a know-how development plan

The know-how development plan is based on collective and individual actions. These actions can be guided and prioritized according to your company's challenges and objectives. These may arise from a variety of situations:

  • operational improvement needs (better quality, shorter lead times, etc.);

  • needs for safeguarding, formalizing and transferring know-how (training, mentoring) in light of the company's age pyramid;

  • the need for new skills to renew the company's value proposition;

  • the need for greater versatility ;

  • requirements arising from changes in the subcontracting policy ;

  • requirements for the implementation of support information systems.
