5.1 Track and update cartography

Mapping is a tool designed to help you continuously monitor the status and development of your know-how assets. It includes :

• carry out periodic updates and additions (quarterly, for example);

• measure the contribution of the development plan to operational performance;

• communicate and promote your know-how;

• provide your entire organization with a repository for accessing these assets.
