1. Choosing your certification body

It is preferable to contact different certification bodies (see the list of certification bodies on the COFRAC website), chosen according to the selection criteria you define.

• Accreditation: we strongly advise you to choose an accredited certification body.

• Company strategy: identify the certification bodies best recognized in your markets and by your customers.

• The certification body's account manager: this person will help you prepare for your audits and answer any questions you may have, so it's essential that he or she has good listening and follow-up skills.
