What steps need to be taken in the event of major changes in the company during the three-year certification cycle?

If you decide to add or remove an item from the audit scope, inform the certification body's account manager so that he can propose a new wording before your next follow-up audit.

If the change concerns the company's organization and/or activities, inform the audit manager when preparing the next follow-up audit.

How do you organize an audit when your company has several sites?
