6. Preparing auditees

As soon as the audit dates have been agreed with the audit manager, you can communicate them to all employees.

In addition, as quality manager, take advantage of information meetings or workgroups to talk about certification; you'll be reminding people of the role these meetings play in quality, environmental or occupational health and safety management.

6.1 One month before the audit

Review the fundamentals of your management system with your auditees, to ensure harmonized responses to certification auditors.
