3. Implement and monitor skills development plans

3.1 Set up actions

For the implementation of actions, it is advisable, depending on the case :

  • consult external service providers;

  • validate professional objectives with management and staff;

  • set up a program of actions to meet the targeted objectives;

  • organize the technical aspects of the actions (possibly in conjunction with an OPCO);

  • organize logistics (transport, accommodation, etc.).
