3. How does the PPI fit in with the POI?

3.1 Before an event (preparation of POI and PPI)

Even if your ICPE does not fall within the scope of the PPI, if it is located within the danger circle of an installation subject to the PPI and presents a possible increase in risks or damage ("domino effect"), you may be concerned.
