1. Conditions of issue

The prefectoral authorization order is issued to the operator after he has submitted an application for authorization to operate. This will be examined after a complex and lengthy procedure, including a public inquiry and an administrative inquiry (see Understanding the different stages of the authorization procedure [FIC 0054] ).

This decree is the administrative act formalizing the prefectoral authority's agreement to the operation of the planned facilities.
