2. Appoint an architect to draw up a PC file for your operation

You have a construction project (creation and/or modification) for new installations. To do this, you call on the services of an architect. Your PC file must include the following elements:

• a site plan;

• a site plan of the buildings to be erected or modified;

• a sectional drawing of the plot and the building;

• a description of the land and the project;

• a plan of the facades and roofs;

• a photograph to situate the plot in its immediate surroundings and in the landscape.
