Prefectoral decree

Administrative act concerning an enforceable decision of general or individual scope issued by the prefect, imposing the execution of a certain number of prescriptions.

Operator

Individual or legal entity holding (or applying for) an authorization to operate. A person submitting an application for authorization to operate (DAE) is also commonly referred to as a petitioner.

Building permits

A building permit is an administrative document that enables the authorities to check that a construction project complies with current town planning regulations.
