Is it possible to obtain a building permit for an existing ICPE that is not known to the prefectural administration?

Yes, subject to completion of the regularization file (application for environmental authorization, registration or declaration, depending on the case) and transmission of the filing receipts. However, difficulties may arise in continuing to operate if the prefect does not approve the ICPE application.
