Setting up a compliance audit

You're subject to ICPE regulations, but do you comply with technical and regulatory requirements? Obtaining an operating permit or declaration receipt does not necessarily mean that your site complies with ICPE regulations.

To be able to situate yourself in relation to ICPE regulations, or to establish your level of compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, requires the use of a tool: the regulatory and technical compliance audit.

The compliance audit can :

• establish its administrative situation (list ICPE installations and check its classification);

• establish its level of compliance with regulatory requirements
