Ultrasonic welding technology is complicated:

  • With a minimum of training, an operator can master production changes;

  • the design of parts must comply with certain rules specific to this technology;

  • ultrasonic welding remains the fastest and most efficient (95%);

  • consumables are often unnecessary;

  • all thermoplastics can be assembled;

  • other materials can be assembled with a thermoplastic film or foil acting as a "glue" (provided that the materials are all compatible with each other);

  • all thermoplastic textures can be assembled (with varying degrees of ease and cleverness, but they can be).
