2. Consolidate the first phase (products and/or services) of the innovation plan by comparing it with customer expectations.

The method to be used is level 1 QFD (Quality Function Deployment).

First and foremost, the task force needs to build an evaluation matrix, including :

  • online, expectations (grouped by theme) ;

  • in columns, project proposals from the draft Innovation plan ;

  • at intersections, a relevance score, established by the ;

  • below, the score for each proposal, in %.

This matrix is completed by constructing a triangular matrix that assigns a relevance score to possible (and favorable) interactions between propositions.
